On a quest to lose more weight, so been more gym-bunny in recent days. Like, today I was on leave and I did weight training for about an hour, Cardio Wave, and then in the evening I did some light stepper before going for Body Combat… muwahaha. Craziness….~ Finally I can blog about this quarter’s new releases, having just done Body Combat!! BC used to be my fave (and still is), just that for some reason I have no fate with it in Jaya 33! Even the new release was done in Jason O’s class in Taipan. Tsk tsk. Anyway, let’s talk about the new releases…

BODY COMBAT 50

As mentioned, Wednesday was my first time doing this class, but I had actually seen one of the tracks being presented when I was in Jaya 33, so I was not that “astonished” when the move came in the class today. Muwahaha. =D Personally, I felt that though the tracks are quite ok for this release, a lot of the combos seemed to be rehashed. Ya, I know we have the new “sword move” (which is not that new since it was done before in an old~old~old release) and there is the advancing sidekick that is really confusion town. But other than that, a lot of the combos are been-there-done-that. Then again, how many ways can you combine jabs, crosses, hooks and uppers?

a) Warm-Up Upper Body : More (Spice Club Remix). Quite a nice warm-up track. I like the song, that’s about it. The shuffles, etc, all very familiar and nothing special.
b) Warm-Up Lower Body : Rolling In The Deep (Fizzy Deejay). Interesting remix of the Adele song. Again, nothing special about the movements, I might even consider it forgettable. Seriously, just did it and I find myself struggling to remember what the moves are.
c) 1st Power track : Frozen (Big Fiesta). Interesting cross block, elbow and side kick formation. Other than that, never really liked the Madonna song either, so not really feeling this. ;P
d) 2nd Power Track : What’s Up (DJ Destiny). This song was used in a recent BA release, and I quite liked it. It’s such a nice, happy, sing-a-long-able song… probably my fave track for this release. The combinations may be confusing to new comers at first, but after a while, just go crazy with the punches and have fun!
e) Lower body workout : Let It Die (Kartsy Wolfbaine). …Where they introduced the advancing sidekick. Really not a fan of this move. I think it looks clumsy and there is no way I would fight someone by advancing to the left in such a manner. Maybe looks cool lah, but increasing your own possibility of tripping over your own feet and landing right on your noggin in front of your opponent. Not too challenging a lower body workout once you get the hang of the advancing sidekick. Everything else is just back kicks and squats.
f) Aerobic? track : Nessaja (Scooter) : The song is cute, but I heard it long ago when I was on my I-love-Scooter-I-want-to-have-all-their-records phase. Don’t really remember the moves. Tee hee.
g) Recovery : Gimme Dat (Ciara) : NOT A RECOVERY TRACK AT ALL. CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT.. but at the same time, they did this to us before in a previous release. If you do this properly, there is no way that your thighs won’t be feeling the burn. I could barely stand up after this!!
h) Muay Thai Track : Eye of the Tiger (Uprising). Muay Thai track is fun and fast — just the way I like my Muay Thai tracks. Besides, Eye of the Tiger is a great song for Combat. Probably my 2nd fave track for this release.
i) Finale : You’re The Feeling (Heaven 7). Not really feeling the music for the ending… it’s like not motivating enough for a finale track. I need something more… the combination a bit tricky (need a bit of flexibility to move from the jab-hook-upper-body rib- hook thing (I may have gotten this combo mixed up with another track…), and it really challenges your arm stamina! I like the combos, but I don’t like the song!!
j) Core conditioning : Pause (Pitbull). The push-ups are not that challenging, but the cross shoulder tap is! Kinda hit or miss with me.. sometimes I can do it, sometimes the tap on the shoulder is more like me quickly slapping myself and then stabilising my body again. *grin* The open cross push-ups also not that challenging… the 32 count bicycle crunches were killer though! Especially the 2nd set! And especially when BODY ATTACK has the same movement too and you just did it 2 days ago!
k) Cool down : ISHFWILF (Disturbed). Normal stretches with the weird kata (Sp?) from the beginning which I’m not such a fan of…. and this song not “we overcame it all~” motivating enough for me. Hahaha. “I still haven’t found what I’m looking for”… after doing the whole BC release… actually, quite apt lah.

I know I’m reviewing the music more than the moves, but like I said, none of the moves are really spectacular to me. So I just talk about the tracks…

BODY ATTACK 75

I just managed to try the latest release on Monday – Jason Y’s class! Since it is at 6:30pm, I once again couldn’t make it quite on time, so I missed the first track! Joined in at the second track only…

2) Mixed Intervals : Party Rock Anthem (Party Playaz). This is such a fun track for the mixed intervals, there is a new move here which can get pretty confusing when it’s fast – the turning in of the leg and the hook… haha, I’m not even sure if I’m doing it right, but Jason is very kind and say “LeeCheng, you’ve got it!” Hehehe.

3) Aerobic : Freakin’ Perfect (Flo Drive). Your usual suspects of superman and shuffles, lots of jumping jacks… the song is pretty nice though. I remember it being upbeat and fun!

4) Lower Body : Party Over Here (Dan Winter). A lot of lunges, side steps, ice-skaters… but challenge accepted! I will perfect this track soon enough! :P Right now loss of stamina, so had to do the easy option for some of the lunges. *ashamed

5) Core conditioning : Sweat (Duration Plus). Similar moves to a previous release, whereby we have the step forward, reach up and back to push-up position…. not the toughest core conditioning ever, I find it easier than the ones with lots of triceps and the “crab walk”… so this was good too…

6) Running : Night Nurse (Studio 88)… an ok running track. Nothing too confusing actually. No across the room running and such. Jason Y was having fun with the lyrics and “pai ngor siong toi” again by singing the lyrics as “I wanna be LeeCheng’s lover” lololol. Everyone in the class must be so confused.

6) Agility : We No Speak Americano (Mario vs Global). OMG… love this! Agility is “back to normal” for me. A fun track to do agility to! Previously, the agility tracks were getting to be TOO “sports inspired” until it became a pain in the butt (literally). Like in the previous release… there were too many jump-squat-switches. Insane! Agility used to be the “easy” track!!

7) Intervals : Fallin (Breeze). Not a very memorable track.. a lot of kicks, knees, and switching sides around the room… kinda standard…

8) Power : Fading Like a Flower (Vegas Crashers). This is quite a fun and challenging power track… from the jump squat that later transforms to a tuck jump later… lots of jump jacks and switching sides like in the previous release too. Haven’t done it enough times to really remember the moves, but I think this track has all my favorite elements of a Body Attack power track! The only thing is the track ain’t that memorable…

9) Lower body workout : The Edge of Glory (Southern Light). I like the baseball move, interesting touch. The song is also quite motivating, especially since you should be exhausted beyond belief at this point!

10) Abs workout : Own This Club (DJ Marc). THe only thing I remember about this track is the endless amount of bicycle crunches!! Killer!

11) Cooldown : Telling the World (Logan S). Hmm.. don’t really remember this track. I think the best cooldowns ever were “The Best Is Yet To Come” and “Hold My Hand”. :)

All in all, a great release for Body Attack.. I think they are bringing the FUN aspect back, which I love, cos I think it was getting too serious and hardcore. This will definitely help motivate me back to 3x a week BA! :D

BODY JAM 59

This is the class that I did twice so far for the new release, and the first time was with Sharon T. She was surprised to see me in the class (on a Sunday) – and yes, I usually don’t go to gym on Sundays unless it’s really late, and even then, only for weight training. So happened that Tron and I didn’t date so long that day (lol), so I rushed to J33 for her class! She warned me that the new release is super cardio, super killer, so as my first time doing it… beware! Hahaha. Indeed, it’s very cardio heavy, but I actually think it’s not that bad compared to the Party Rock Anthem running man track from the previous release!

I think it’s because this is more hip hop inspired, and not house. The house performance tracks or Afro-Caribbean or whatever that they do is always more crazy. The hip hop ones are more difficult technicality-wise, but usually the movements are more “smooth” / “sexy”, so not that fast. IMHO only.

1) Warm-up : Til Death (Wynter Gordon) fading to Drop It Low (Kat Deluna). An ok warm-up … I like the songs! Really gets you in the mood to PARTY. =p
2) 1st Block : Get It (T.I), Countdown (Beyonce), Happiness (Alexis Jordan), Run The World (Beyonce). A little confusing in the switching sides with the legs looking like they are playing hackysack.. but I love the stomp and turn around bits… so cool. I heard Countdown before this, but I never thought it was such a dance-able song until Body Jam!!
3) Recovery : Bass Down Low (Depth Emblem Vegas). Cute & sexy moves, and the song is really, really a booty shaker! A bit confusing at times, but cos I think the choreo matches the song so perfectly, it makes me want to do it til I master it!
4) 2nd Block : Judas (Southern Light), Metrum (Fedde le Grand), Champagne Showers (Party Playaz), Til Death (Wynter Gordon). A lot of work here yo, especially with the turns and squats and jumps. What are they trying to do, make us do Jam Attack?! To me, it’s a great workout, but the movements don’t look particularly good on the dancefloor. I mean, you definitely can’t dance like *this* in the club! The songs are awesome though… really gets your adrenaline pumping!
5) Cooldown : Dedication To My Ex (Lucid Long). A sexy cooldown, I like! Feels so long since we have done something like this!

All in all, a fun release, a real party-hard kind of release. Love it and looking forward to the advance option starting next week!

Meanwhile, patiently waiting for True Fitness to bring in SH’BAM! :P

Not-So-Fit Leech August 4, 2011

Don’t know why, no matter how much cardio I do now, I don’t seem to be losing weight. I’ve cut out carbs from my diet (yes, I am dieting again!) , try to eat less fattening stuff – even on the weekend (previously, weekend was the time to INDULGE), and people say that going to the gym 3x a week is good. But for me, who used to go 5-7 times a week, it’s like damn lame. My gym instructors who I used to be so buddy with are like STRANGERS to me. This is so sad…

I did try to show “support” for the gym again. I randomly went for their boxing ring opening event in Jaya 33. They had a Body Combat theme class, whereby the instructors used the boxing ring as their stage, and we did BC around the ring. It was quite disastrous, actually! Because the instructors stood at 4 corners of the ring, people got easily confused as to where to run. The space was soooo small (there are SO many avid gym-goers in J33!) and if you run in the wrong direction, you can easily hit someone else. There was one instructor near me tried to show the “correct” moves, but sometimes he also salah, lol. Add to that, there was one aunty near me who kept coughing like gong to cough up a lung, but still wanna do BC! Geez!

The sound system was also really bad. The instructors themselves couldn’t hear the music properly, so cues also out. Very no mood to do lah, but I have to say that the crowd really pei meen, after all it was the super stars instructors teaching that day. :) It is their personality and inspiring moves that shone through that day despite the bad sound system and the confined spaces.

The only other  good part about doing BC near the boxing ring was that the iron floor provided a good grip. Much better than the wooden floor boards!

I think I look fantastic on the floor, but donno why, these are the only pictures they managed to capture of me. WTF.*sad face*

Today, thought of going swimming after work. I think swimming is a great form of exercise… cos no impact on the knees. But it rained!! Geez… so I took it as fate and decided to run on the threadmill instead. Thought I’m still hyper like last time, can run at 10kph for “so long”. I decided to just do it for 25 minutes… and by golly, when I stepped out of the threadmill at the end, I was totally soaking and I was dizzy! I stumbled all the way back to the changing room and sat down, and waited to catch my breath. A nice lady asked me if I’m ok… and she thought I did Bikram Hot Yoga!! You know how much you can sweat in that class? You will be that drenched! So that was how much I was sweating, hahaha.

Anyway, the good news is that I still managed to run, and NO KNEE PAIN! Glory, glory, Hallelujah!! Maybe I can do a marathon this year after all! Must start training again…

So I Didn’t Go To The Bersih Rally… July 10, 2011

… because I had already signed up for this workshop from Shape Magazine! But no worries, I am a registered voter. I won’t be like one of those people who ask you to “Like” 101 different Facebook pages regarding “speaking up” and stuff like that and NOT be a registered voter “because what’s the point”. Hah.

Anyway, I signed up for the workshop because I’ve very, very recently become a Shape magazine reader. Started buying it when I found out they are doing a series with June Kwok, who is like, someone who I wish I could be like?? Physically, that is! Anyway, they were having a workshop that involved learning about Agility Circuit Training and Body Attack, plus, 5 people would get a chance to win a free pair of Skecher’s Shape Ups. I admit… I already TOTALLY know about Body Attack (-___-), but I was curious about the Agility Circuit Training, and I’m definitely lying if I said the chance to win the Shape Ups weren’t a motivating factor as well. :)

So, despite Tron telling me not to go to Jaya 33′s True Fitness on the 9th of July… I insisted on going. Tron said, “What shoe is that… I buy for you lah”. I said, “Why pay more?” Hehehe.

On the 9th itself, I planned to leave Subang by 7:30am (the workshop registration starts at 9:45am!), but I WOKE UP at 7:30am, with my mom saying that I should just GIVE UP going. My dad and her woke up early to go marketing at Seri Setia (as per their norm) and they said the jam going out of Subang was HORRENDOUS. Since I’m such a greedy biatch, I decided to try my luck. My dad told me to expect being stuck for TWO HOURS.

OF COURSE I WAS STUCK IN THE JAM EXITING SUBANG (from Jalan Tujuan, joining the Federal Highway).

But never fear, cos it was just a 25 minute jam… after that it was all clear to PJ! Ok, there was a wee bit of a slowdown nearing Seri Setia, but that time was still early, and there were only a few cars. I breezed past that road block (at that time there were still 2 lanes open).

Arrived early for the workshop in fact, and when the registration finally started, I was surprised when I was given a huge bag from the Shape registration team. It looks something like this :

And inside the goodie bag was a Skecher’s shirt (worth RM59… which was why I thought that paying RM20 to go for the workshop would be ok since we would get a free shirt anyway).. and this huge box :

Of course I was surprised! I asked the lady at the registration counter if the shoes were on loan to us for the workshop only, and she said no, it was OURS TO KEEP! When I opened it in the changing room later, I saw that it had tags on and all that! Amazing! Later, Skechers announced that instead of having a grand lucky draw to give away 5 shoes, they decided to give all 30 participants of the workshop a pair! Oh my!! So lucky! Definitely made the drive to Jaya 33 worth it!

The baddd part was that the shoe size didn’t fit me! In fact, out of the 30 participants, I think 60% of us felt the shoe size didn’t fit us? I am usually a US size 7 – 8, depending on the cutting of the shoe. I could fit into the shoe, but dang was it tight! But since we had to wear the tee shirt & shoes for the workshop, I squeezed into it and hoped for the best. We couldn’t exchange it as they brought exactly enough shoes in the size that we had specified over the phone. All the while, I was thinking that if in the end I can’t exchange it, I would give it to my mom. Most of the ladies I got to know in the workshop said that they thought half a size bigger would be better.

As for the rest of the workshop, we had:

- a guy named Raj from Fitness R Us gave us a talk about fitness myths and also about how we can enhance our own fitness levels. Most of it are stuff that I have read about already, but some were also interesting mind-openers. Also, nice to know the “further explanation” on certain fitness myths (or truths). However, this section was really really long, and since I didn’t know this was part of the workshop, I was getting a bit antsy.

- Body Attack class! Presented by Daniel, Edmund & tai kor Jason Y! I have not been doing BA in ages – it was a mix of old and new tracks, with the mainly newer tracks being presented by Daniel. Have not attended their classes in ages, so this was amazingggg… have forgotten how great Jason Y is! Hahaha.. But when Jason saw me, he said, “Eh, what are you doing here!” :p *paiseh* Well, he gets free Shape Ups from doing BA… I have to get my free Shape Ups in another way, right? :P

By the way, my shoes really started pinching at this point, so I had to change back to my other sneakers. :( And I have to say, it’s quite a challenge using Shape Ups for Body Attack! You really have to be careful to balance yourself properly. Choong (Body Combat instructor) saw me running out of the class to change shoes and he said that I should not even try to wear the shoes during BC next time because they are wobbly. But Jason Y, Edmund & Daniel had no problem!! How come?! Maybe it takes practice?

- Agility Circuit Training (ACT) is a new program developed by the True Fitness trainers. The simple exercises that they ran through with us look simple, but it requires coordination between your physical actions and your mental thoughts. You will be juggling two to three different movements, and let me tell you — soon those “simple exercises” will have you fumbling! We only ran through two of the ACT exercises, but the second one had me panting already (especially after the gruelling BA class). According to the trainer, there are actually 15 exercises in total in the whole ACT exercise! I really wish they had shown all 15. It was a fun way to train.

I liked that after each session of the workshop, they didn’t pressure us, whether to sign up with True Fitness, or to sign up for ACT classes. It was not that kinda pushy workshop. Skechers also told us that we could exchange our shoes (yay!!) for another size within the next two days. So, I got to exchange my size 7s for size 8s today at One Utama. These are how my new shoes look like :

I feel so blessed cos the color scheme I got is totally the best (IMHO) out of all the color schemes they gave in the workshop. The rest were like … white & silver (looks like school shoes), white and purple, or silver & turquoise. I think the colors were given based on the sizes, lol. But I think the colors that the instructors or the organizers got were much nicer. Saw one organizer wearing black & pink combo that was very nice (like the one Kim Kardashian wears in the poster), and Jason Y & team wore black & orange. Very striking.

Is that all to the workshop? Nope! After that, we were also given one 1901 hotdog and a bottle of mineral water as well! Totally a superb workshop, I totally recommend you people to go for the next Shape workshops. Of course, I can’t guarantee you will get free shoes each time, but it’s all a very fun experience! By the way, the retail price of the shoes are RM439!! When I told the price to Tron and asked him, “So… someone said they will buy the shoe for me right? RM439 ok boh?” he just ignored me! Hmph!

I don’t have any other pictures because I was busy sweating up a storm… perhaps I will check out the next issue of Shape! :)

Combat + Attack New Releases! March 29, 2011

I have been slowly braving myself to start Body Attack again. And indeed I think it involves a certain amount of bravery. Almost 6 months since I last did Body Attack, and with slight knee problem… in fact, I suspected it was due to BA that I even had the problem.

So why did I decide to start again?

Well, I was scrutinising myself in the gym mirror recently, while waiting for Body Combat class to start. Was looking at my jaw and thinking that although I *think* I’ve gained weight, my jawline was still sharp, so I could still fool people into thinking that I haven’t become chubby. While I was still scrutinising, suddenly my “good” friend Terence came up from behind and said, “Hey Leech…. er… didn’t you use to be thinner?” HAHAHAHA. I was really char dou, but at the same time, I admire him for being able to ask it in a more “diplomatic” manner, ie, without using the word “fat”. ;)

I do agree that I’ve gotten “fatter”, but I didn’t think it is so obvious. I did try to keep up the gymming, but the fact is that I used to be CRAZY last time. Like almost 7 days a week kind of gymming. Back-to-back classes. Trying out all kinds of classes, from weights to Combat to Attack to Cardio Wave to dance to yoga. Now I do mainly Combat and weights. Surely something’s gotta give. ;P (my waistline)

So… I decided to take my own advice where I said that Body Attack is the best way to lose weight. I nearly died after one class! *drama* But I’m slowly getting my stamina back again. My old instructors and friends are very supportive and told me to take it slow and steady. I’m only on one class a week, but I will soon take it to twice a week… and then say hello to back to back classes again!!

I’m quite enthused about it all… praying the knee strain is ok. I think I should be alright as so far I don’t have any problems. Mostly my calves and thighs are a bit shakey after each class, but that’s normal. ;P I quite love the new BC and BA new release, so Imma talk about it a little :

BODYATTACK 72 tracklist
Warmup – California Gurlz
Super cheerful way to start the class. I love this warm-up! A bit of movement diagonally and forward, a bit of knees here and there… overall it’s a deceptively easy way to get into the whole workout. I love this Katy Perry song, so a bit of biasness here…

Mixed Impact: Starstruckk
A normal mixed impact track with gallops, running forward, etc. Nothing much to say, except the confusing “rocking” knees that comes in towards the end of the track. Thankfully managed to pick it up after a bit, but still think it’s confusing, especially for new comers!

Aerobic: Hammer To The Heart
A LOT OF JUMP JACKS! Also, with the “movement” to all 4 corners of the room, it can get a bit tiring, but a fun track regardless!

Plyometric: Move It
I was warned by someone (actually, I eavesdropped, because my friend didn’t want to scare me before the class, so he told me that the new Attack listing was not difficult wtf) that it has an insane number of lunges. And boy oh boy is it insane. You have something like 16 lungues, followed by shuffle lunges, and then followed by more lunges. Janet told me that I could replace the lunges with step knees, but as they say – once you go lunges, you never go back! I cannot fathom doing step knees as an “easier alternative” (this is pure snobbery right here) when you can do lunges.

There’s some brief reprieve with side-step jumps, but all in all, a CRAZY track! I really thought I’ll be going home after this…

Upper Body Conditioning: Drummer Boy
This is a freaking difficult upper body conditioning track. Previously, you have planks, with toe taps. Now it’s planks with toe taps + hand taps at the same time. I feel like some animal stomping around… Gosh, the upper body conditioning gets more and more difficult. And you know the sucky part? You know that soon BC will be picking up on these things. Like the “superman plank” which was introduced to BA about a year ago? Yah, now it’s introduced in the new release of BC.

Running: Saturday
Quite an unmemorable running track. A lot of arms. A lot of arms…!!!!

Agility: It’s On
Can’t believe that I used to think that agility was a time to gain back my breath. It’s still with the “rugby inspired” moves…. and it gets harder. Again, tests flexibility & agility because you move to all 4 corners of the room. A lot of fast running and touchdowns. According to the instructors, very difficult to teach as well. Argh. Bring back the footie inspired agility tracks instead!

Interval: Like A Rainbow
Basic / Standard interval track. No further comments. But do try to catch your breath here because the next one is a mad one.

Power: Do You Love Ya’ Hardcore?
Love it! Love it!!!!!! This is the kinda power track that I like because it’s really “power” k! You really go all out with the jump jacks, the TUCK JUMPS… if you don’t go high here, go home. Hahahaha! Seriously fabulous. A lot of people don’t like it as much because there’s not much “song” here, but I like the moves. As I said before, I just love jumping. =)

Lower Body Conditioning: Club Can’t Handle Me
Simple lower body conditioning that works the legs + balance. =) Love the song too!

Core Conditioning: Start Without You
Kinda hard because Janet made us do the sit-ups with the legs raised at 90 degrees… and not once did she put her legs on the floor! I think there MUST be an easier option where the legs are on the floor at some point? But nope… it was always stuck at 90 degrees, except when she did the scooping part.

Cooldown: One Day At a Time
Can’t comment because Janet… always cuts short the cooldown! =p

BODYCOMBAT 47 Tracklist
1a: Dynamite (Kritikal Mass Radio Edit)
Fantastic way to start the class! Love this track!

1b: Love The Way You Lie (KM Hands Up Remix)
I don’t really like the remix of this track, but it’s quite an interesting lower body warm up. There’s a leg roll and knee on alternating sides that actually uses a lot of my brain matter to keep track of. :P

2: Let Me Hear You Scream
Don’t really remember this track… normal only. :P

3: Make You Mine
Ditto for this one, but the song was quite nice. The combo is  a bit complicated… upper, upper, hook, two crosses, two hooks and then cross on the floor… did I get that right? Hahaha…

4: Fire
Was “pre-warned” by Alex C that this is one of the most high stamina lower-body track for BC… OF ALL TIME. I have to admit that it is more “cardio based” than the usual suspects, but I REALLY LIKE IT. It’s less strenuous on the knee, and I love it when you go crazy with the knees and all that. Plus, it’s very “stylo” and “drama” with the step forward kick and punch. Yes, I do agree that it needs higher stamina than usual, but nothing too impossible.

5: The Warriors Code
Circle track made my heart drop, but thankfully no need to run around in circles. Quite a fun song which encourages the class to sing along. Love the high knees… let’s go crazy!

6: Feels Like A Prayer (Clubstar Remix)
The so-called “kungfu, karate and karaoke” track… and yes, I love to karaoke along on this song. I don’t really like the combo of the neck chop to the side, a bit confusing. But I do like the punch, stomach, cross, back-kick combo. :)

7: You’re Going Down
Not that difficult a muay thai track… but I generally dislike MT tracks with a lot of elbows because it makes me feel dizzy. =p

8: Release Me
Standard finale track… since this song was from BA, kinda sick of hearing it too. ;p The combos are also not that easy to get a hang of… like 4 upper cuts, then jab jab cross (odd because it’s the same arm that was doing the upper cuts), and then scissors on the floor…

9: Beautiful Monster (Full Vocal La La Sessica Mix)
Super difficult conditioning track, from the superman to the crunches with the legs in the air… gosh! But I like it… hopefully the belly fat will all just melt away after this…

10: Just The Way You Are
LOVE this cooldown song… LOVE to karaoke along with it… !

So all in all, lovely new releases that I would not mind doing for the next 3 weeks. The only thing now is that I want to go for both the Les Mills super workshop and go back for quarterly releases at the gym! The reason why I’ve been skipping is because in general I’ve stopped gymming so much because I rather spend quality time with love ones (hehe… :P ). Same as for church stuff — don’t be too busy praying that you neglect those around you, that’s not the way God intended it to be (at least, I believe so). But I think once in a while, it should be ok, right? :)
